*Includes $1000 to win plus all Special Awards and Contingency programs: Certain contingency and or bonus awards require usage of that product and proper display of sticker during this event in order to receive payment. Some contingency and or bonus awards are paid directly by the provider and require the team to be registered as a full season team*. WTC cannot assure payment for contingency or bonus awards. Trucks not registered for the full season will be paid $500 to win so be sure to register your truck timely for the full season to be eligible for $1000 winning purse.

To be eligible for payout you must have the EVOLVE Mortgage decal in the proper location.

The Evolve Mortgage decal must be highest decal below the A post on both sides of Truck.

Your name will be added if registered for the full season within 24 hours. Part time teams please return to the entry page and select the proper form after registering your truck. Part time teams must register for each race individually. It is a one race registration for the number. It is not a race entry.

Single race registration is $50 for short tracks and $75.00 for Thompson Speedway.

Race entry is a fee to pay for dyno, inspection equipment, race related expenses and officials. If entering online it will be deducted from your check. If entering on site, payment is due on site. Online entry is $50.00 Onsite entry is $100.00

I understand that the registered owner and driver remain responsible for all team members associated with this entry. Team owners and/or drivers are responsible for paying team member fines.

In consideration of this event, the acceptance of this entry by WTC, its associated companies including the Evolve ProTruck Challenge, New England Truck Series and entities, the undersigned hereby agrees that WTC shall have the exclusive right to use, without further compensation to the undersigned, their name(s), picture(s), likeness(es), picture(s) of race car(s), and performance(s), or any part thereof, for any and all purposes and in any manner in connection with promoting, advertising, recording, broadcasting, producing and reproducing or exploiting or benefiting in any way from this event or any other events sanctioned by WTC, whether before, during or after such event(s), including but not limited to photography, television and radio broadcasts, film productions and print media. The undersigned understands and agrees that this exclusive right shall be freely assignable by WTC.

In addition, the undersigned agrees to be bound by any and all decisions made by WTC / Evolve Pro Truck Challenge, which decisions shall be final and without recourse or appeal. In the event that this application is terminated, it shall be without restitution of any part of the fee paid in connection with this entry and further, the undersigned waive any and all rights or claims to any bonus money due resulting from racing efforts with WTC or the Evolve Pro Truck Challenge prior to termination. The undersigned further waives any and all rights for themselves, their agents or assigns, to institute any action, or actions, suits or proceedings, whether at law, in equity, or before any administrative agency or board in any jurisdiction, whether under the laws of the United States of America or Canada, or any political subdivision of either Country against WTC, Evolve Bank & Trust Mortgage or Evolve Pro Truck Challenge for any act or action taken or not taken, or any refusal to act on the part of WTC or the Evolve Pro Truck Challenge or any of its employees, agents or servants, or any persons for whose activities WTC and the Evolve Pro Truck Challenge may be responsible, arising out of the promoting, sanctioning, sponsoring, operating, regulating, scoring, rule making, decision making of any event.

In consideration of acceptance of this entry by WTC and Evolve Pro Truck Challenge, the undersigned, for themselves and their heirs, successors and assigns, do hereby release WTC and the Evolve Pro Truck Challenge, its associated companies and entities and their officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of actions, suits, damages, and claims that the undersigned or their heirs, successors, and assigns may have now, or at any time in the future may have, arising in any manner out of WTC and Evolve Pro Truck Challenge-sanctioned events, excepting only WTC’s obligation to pay purses, bonuses and awards as set forth in the individual official entry blanks for WTC and Evolve Pro Truck Challenge sanctioned events. The undersigned understands and agrees that this release constitutes a waiver and release of any and all claims for personal injury, death, breach of contract, and any other loss or damage except as previously provided herein.

WTC / Evolve Pro Truck Challenge acts as an agent for the owners, teams and drivers arranging events and makes no claims to the safety of this event. Racing is known to be dangerous and may result in injury and death. Participation at any level is at the participants own risk. WTC / Evolve Pro Truck Challenge makes no guarantee of the funds listed and is not responsible for payment until the funds are collect from the various venues and sponsors. No insurance is offered in connection with this event. Participants are individual contractors.

	Tires	If unaware of tire purchasing and usages policies , click the "Tire Tracking: button to the left. Questions, please text 978-810-2388. Due to the postponement of the Ice Breaker feature, this event is considered a New Tire week, . 970 Hoosier's are legal for this event in addition to our tour tire.
	Qualifying	Starting positions will be determined by time trial. All trucks will time trial. Positions 17-20 will be awarded by 2022 owners points of those that did not qualify in the top 16. Positions over 21 (may) be awarded at the promoters/series option. First week teams may be required to start to the rear of the field as per the race directors discretion.
	Event length	55 laps

		Each car must have a Driver, Owner, Crew Chief and Spotter. Spotters are for safety purposes. Spotters that engage in blocking will be suspended immediately.

		The racing event is over at the waiving of the checkered flag. Any incident initiated after the race event end will most likely end up in suspension and forfeiture of any funds.

		All race trucks are subject to chassis dyno testing. By entering this event you are agreeing that the entry listed above may be transported to the chassis dyno and tested by and/or under the direction of the Pro Truck Challenge competition director .

		After completion print this form for your own copy and then hit "Entry" for this event. Acceptance to this event is at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

		All teams accept that tires samples my be taken . Tire testing results from Blue Ridge Race labs may not be challenged and are considered final.
