- Dale Jarrett and Jackie Stewart had done some commercials at the time that
encourage Dale to drive "the truck" In this case, the comic is just
a take off of that commercial.
- The truck has been replaced by a Zamboni.
- As I watched the Stanley Cup playoffs I was pretty sure that the Ducks
were going to win. New Jersey didn't seem to have the momentum.
Somehow the Devils managed to pull it off, but I had already drawn the Zamboni in Duck's colors. I used it anyway and gave Dale another
reason not to go along with Jackie's plans.
