The Phantom Welcome to the Phantom Race Fan's homepage. The Phantom visits tracks throughout the United States. Primarily ovals are of interest, but don't be surprised when the Phantom takes in a Road Course here and there. So who is the Phantom? We cannot tell you his true identity. What I can tell you is that The Phantom Race Fan is an anonymous track critic who visits each facility in disguise without revealing his identity to the tracks either. At one time The Phantom even competed on the track. He made his first trip to Daytona in the 70's and has been attending races for over 40 years. The Phantom loves all types of racing. When he does a review, he pays his own bills. That way you get the most honest and trustworthy review possible. When celebrities and announcers tell you how great a place is, they sit in special seats, or they are flown in special, but the Phantom foregoes the perks so that the experience he gets will be just like yours. Race fans should check out the "Phantom Review" for he is coming to a track near you.
